You may have noticed a restriction on the title of your property that you don’t recognise — this is usually shown on the property’s register of title, available from the Land Registry. Some lenders and mortgage providers also occasionally forget to remove their legal charge once the mortgage or loan has been repaid. We can help you investigate and put this right.
